Ubuntu - player worked last month but not now

In March I posted that it was all fab with the music being played on my Ubuntu laptop but that isn't happening any more.

Any ideas anyone? I just get a search for plugins message.

ubuntu is a pain sometimes.
make sure your connected to the net and follow the steps on this link.you'll be looking for music players theres a few 3rd part plugins that should come up.they might be of some use to you,

Back to 'Bad love junkie' on tinny laptop speakers.

How did I fix it? Basically remove, reinstall plugin and then restart browser.

sudo apt-get remove adobe-flashplugin
sudo apt-get install adobe-flashplugin

Shut down Firefox and then open Firefox again and then it works.

Let's see how long that one works then!
