This is not a self introduction, rather I would like to formally introduce our European tech dude who has shied away from the forum for the longest time, leaving me to give embarrassingly inept answers on the Support Desk based on my extremely limited coding knowledge.

The unanswered questions were building up to critical point, so I told him "get on the forum and start putting some minds at rest!" He was reluctant at first because English isn't his first language, but I told him "it's good enough!"
