Personally I think that is a bit silly really. People could have their questions asked alot quicker. Most the time any of the site regs can answer the questions asked. ![]() ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() We think this a very good idea. Originally, only allowing admin to post was supposed to prevent debates developing and obscuring the original question (or creating many new questions which should have their own threads). But as you said, very often the questions could be answered by regs, who might see the question before admin.
We hereby will allow certain regs to post on Support Desk questions (ie: long term regs, VIPs, and specifically those who request the ability). Both of you guys are now able to post and moderate the Support Desk. ![]() D. ![]() ![]() |
