Trauma is a showcase of personal song writing, collaborations and experimentation in different genres including Folk and Funk. The album was recorded in Melbourne laboriously between 2005-2007. Davin Pidoto recorded most of the tracks with additional help by Ben Ehrensburg and Matt Voigt.It was mixed at Sing Sing . Finally, it was mastered in Sydney by Steve Smart. Check it and I hope you enjoy the journey through musical landscapes and feelings. Presently, Savvas has formed a gigging band(Peter Cox-Drums,Daigo Nakai-Bass) to promote the album and is hunting down a record deal. A very successful show was held at the PennyBlack in Brunswick (www.youtube.com/savvasmichael) and most recently , Savvas came second in the "Storytellers" competition and will progress to the semi finals on August 6th,2010. An album is in the works and is due for release in November ,2010.
