I hate when artists write about themselves/their band history in the third person. for example, "Seditious began rapping at the age of twelve, many critics would accuse him of being a white person in a black dominated culture, however with endurance he continues to pursue his dream." No, I'd much rather read something that the artist himself wrote. Especially when you know the artist is writing the bio. I started this music thing so I could speak out against problems I observed and to pose a solution. I generally lean towards a christian standpoint with my resolutions in my music, and a lot of people find it hypocritical. Saying, "How can you rap about sex and drugs and then say you believe in the Lord?" Well, there are a lot of variables to that question, but I believe I'm doing God more justice than many of the self consciounse christian bands out there that only write christian music to get rich, and don't you tell me it's not true. See, no one doesn't dream of having money, the difference is I don't hide my motives. And don't misinterpret that statement to suggest that I only write music for money, it couldn't be further from the truth. As stated before, the reason I started this rap thing was to reach people with a message that needed to be heard. Also, I believe that God given me a unique musical ability, I intend to use that. So anyways, I am Seditious.
