   Yeah... I haven't been posting as often and my "Raffle Review" hasn't been done yet. I just feel like total crap. My sugar levels have been way off lately so I have to go see what's up on Tuesday with my sugar Dr. So don't be surprised if I just pop up somewhere or nowhere. I'll get to you guys soon and I might post a comment or a forum message here and there but until I get out of this crap rut, I won't be doing too much. I'm still working on my music because it helps me feel better and for some reason, I've been a detail freak lately in my music. Oh well. Just improving some areas I'm weak in, I suppose. But enough from me. Just posting for the ones that care to keep ya updated. Have a great day, everybody! I love you guys and hope all is well so far in your new year.

P.S. I ordered Joseph's new CD so that should keep the crappyness away. Thinking about getting Essence' new CD, too. Her voice might sooth it out of me, who knows?

	Hola Brother Andy thanks for brought my cd, you know my prayers are always on for you brother. You're a true brother in music and you deserved the best, and btw you all dont know i suffer of high blood preassure and the doc. gave me meds, and im feeling well, but i quit smokin after 40 years,haleluya!! 	You guys are so awesome. Thanks a lot for the support. I'm a little nervous about tomorrow but my therapist/Dr. is one of the best there is in her field so I'm sure she'll get me out of this stump like she always does.
