I certainly don't want to make anyone angry but I have to be honest that what u said does not make sense to me...no matter, I can see it's not a welcome complaint

Neither of those work for me mate. 

This is a problem that I have experienced for so long that I don't even think about it now.  I don't know the exact source of the problem but the solution is dead easy.

On either of those two links above, it will load up a page showing that I am not logged in.  If I click 'Home' (located above the login link) and then go back (backspace) to the page I was on and press reload (F5 on IE), I become logged in again. It takes 5 seconds.

I suspect it is due to some sort of time-out function.  Just click the Home button to log back in without having to type anything.

You should remain logged in for a while after doing that, but yeah, the time you stay logged in is getting shorter and shorter recently, I suspect because there are more and more members.

Both of them loged me out. Although having been logged out by the first, closed the page and then coming back here, maybe I was still logged out when I clicked second link. Either way, message board does not apparently require you to be logged in. It's when i come to comment on someone's music that I discover I am logged out. I have often not given a comment for that reason which is sad but I just get frustrated ...still, life's too short to worry about it eh? Thanks for some kind of answer :)
