Prowess are a Brighton based five-piece progressive/punk/new rock band.
Currently gigging in and around Brighton, working on some brand new tracks for our up and coming shows and to get our new EP out to as many people as possible. We are extremely passionate about our music, and take pride we have an amazing (female) lead singer, we want to get our music out to whoever would appreciate and love it like we do,talk to people who share the same passion,and hopefully get to meet alot of these people at up and coming shows.
Our influences include Tool, Foo Fighters, Alice in Chains, Hole, Animal Alpha, Papa Roach, Kidneythieves, The Distillers, Deftones, QOTSA, L7, Down, NIN, Avenged Sevenfold, The Wildhearts, Babes in Toyland, Blink 182 and many many more.
