Music Genre? Oh man!! Well RnB/Soul is my main influence, but i'm very versatile, one day i could be writing a soulful ballad, the next an upfront dance tune.... or even an in yer face rock tune... depends on my mood i guess. I grew up listening to different types of music, absorbing everything that came my way, from growing up listening to my brothers 70's dance records.... then discovering motown whilst at school, and then my songwriting inspiration when i discovered 'Prince' and realised, that "they shouldn't catagorise you"

I go through 'musical moods' In 1993 My brothers drummer introduced me to Prince, which prompted me then to purchase his entire back catalogue and have been collecting ever since.In 95/96 i was captured by the entire Nu Classic Soul scene, at last.... decent music again i thought!!! In 1998 i was introduced to Cat Stevens, which prompted me to buy his complete catalogue, same as with the beatles in 2000 I was on holiday laying by the pool with my foot in a bandage, and the beatles 1 album was on repeat, when i came back to England i bought all the beatles cd's in a collectors 'roll top bread bin' type box. I absorb music like a sponge. I live and breathe it.
