hello to the people who view this page!. ok well im a 23yr old Rapper from West London, but class myself a "realist" at the same time. i go by the name of "Trick$ta" and have been Rapping to Rap/HipHop for the last 5yrs. i used to rhyme to "house&Garage". i have had Radio Exposure aswell as perform regular slots on pirate radio stations like: Lush107.6fm/Trilogy87.5fm aswell as a show on www.majorfm.com (internet radio station).
now before you ask me, i will tell you. the Reason i rap or "write lyrics" to Rap/HipHop is because i feel its a way of expressin what i have seen or been through and the way i feel about everyday that passes me.
i would like to hope people can understand or "relate" to my music, because it comes from the heart and soul of a human being.
im not in this Rap game for fame and money, im in it because of what i believe in or Speak about, and if you was given or born with the
"KEY" to write Lyrics, then its not about the fame/money that the game brings. this game is not run on the basis of "feelings" , its run of the basis of "sales".

Why this name?
i just picked the name up as a kid from street, and its stayed with me ever since.

Do you play live?
yes i have played/performed live as "opening act" for couple bignames, the only thing i would say for "any special moments" is Performing its self. every performance is special to me

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
this is a topic that could both way "GOOD" & "bad" i give u 2quick examples. the "internet" could be BAD for some reasons like (alot of Money is lost) on behalf of a label/Artist because of easy access to downloading tracks "without paying"..
BUT again,
on the flipside to that, its a pathway to a wide range of "people" which goes in favour to an artist/label who was not known in a diffrent country BUT now is "because" of Internet Exposure. and i could go on all day about this topic! But to me personally, i feel it is a good Thing and helps me in many ways.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yes, on the basis any Genre of music is Money, and i would like to change things for my future family "kids" mainly

influences?
life, and experiences of a day to day struggle to live.

Favorite spot?
home, and the city(streets) what raised me London/UK

also you can find me on soundclick under TrickstaUK
