The virtual instruments sound very classy, the trumpet....gorgeous! So much of this lady's repetoire I'm unfamiliar with, much more than an outstanding vocalist, wasn't she?
really well put together smooth jazz. excellent conversation between the piano and trumpets. Nice
Nice nice nice. :)
Nice and ethnic sounding intro...really moody for the late days of the year 2007. Great sound. Get sme al hooked this...the warm fireplace on and the music soft and sweet on the background. Nice tune to dream away. Really cool stuff. Not particulary my type of music but can appreciate this as much sure for my firlfriend listening with me to this....;) ...Wicked track!!
Hi, Cool, smooth and sultry. Lovely. Cheers, Smudge from Smudgie
Couldn't get Safari to play, maybe my browser, ask Stew! Just hear for another listen after enjoying Jericho Road so much. Wow, deep jazz. Deeep jazz. Go Ron! Serious. You're converting Crucial to JAZZ!? Well you're recommended for sure, I'll hit a nominate too. You know what got me listening? Your comment on Stephen Todd's Misery! I should have guessed some jazz nut was behind it. Melinda, thanks for the smooth music this evening.
I wouldn't say i listen to a lot of jazz, maybe some acid jazz... But i am loving this track and all the rest!! Rated & recommended...
Yes, that trumpet is gorgeous. But then everything around it works. Great stuff.
This has got a very romantic sound, maybe even a dash of sexy if i do say. of course that trumbet is amazing and the virtual instruments are the right vol to sound less virtual to my ears 3:55 was cool. def another gem from you!
the production on this is superb...aside from that I had a real pleasant listen. I am quickly becoming a fan of jazz trumpet thanks to Nick D and now, you :)
oh wow that reverb/delay soaked ascending flurry at about three minutes in is pleasure you cannot measure, woah!theres another one!yay! This track is LUSH :o)
Nice!!!!!
Can't help giving this a rate -I wonder if these were real instruments with you conducting a trio of clowns like myself - whether we'd get booked at Ronnie's!You make these sound quite real - Brilliant - it's just like your mining a piece of dirt that keeps crossing the sweetest vein of gold!!;-) - jon.
Never really been into jazz but this track has caught me out. I love that trumpet and the backing is excellent. Really enjoyed this guys and wish I could give more constructive criticsm. Rated!
A great listen. The mute trumpet takes me off into another world -quite dreamy in fact.
The trumpet sounds way cool, wonderful track, nice sorta late sunday night early monday morning wandering the darkened streets in the rain feeling, to me that is :o) ONAGER

Wow, this is quite something! so chilled, laid-back an easy listenin...man, true music! Yeah, the trumpet really sets it off, but the whole piece is just put together so well. You guys must have SOME jams! I intended to listen to some of your tracks an then comment, but after this, the first..thought i had to let you know its a real journey.. Best of luck with it all! JD.
Well just occasionally I hear music that I couldn't even aspire to making. That is so far out of reach it doesn't bother me at all - because it is so far out of reach. And that makes it all the more pleasurable to listen to - no point in being jealous of what you can't do yourself. Just sit back and let it wash over. Graham
Thanks Bob for the kind words and being open to a listen - yes it is the trumpet player's soloing style - I like smooth but with a little roughness around the edges - don't like things too neat..lol..keeps it real:-)and thanks to all who have commented here - and saph of the sweet pipes- don't forget to email me:-)
Hi Melinda,A beautiful peace of music !!! They say Jazz is for intelligent folks , well, this is an amazing peace. Very smooth !! Can see it on the screen for somethin !!! Not use to this style so I'll mention the barely flat notes from the trumpet at times...Soloing style ??? I imagine it's just the way you want it !!! Excellent track !!! Bob
Love this, it is pure quality. I would also be interested in doing some vocals for this, if your up for it. A lovely peice of music, really soulful and inspiring. I've been looking for a bit of music like this to sing too. Rated and a nom from me!
This is pure class!!!!!! This is by far the best quality production I have heard yet. I am blown away. If you ever need a vocalist I would be stocked!!!! Is this you on the trumpet? I'm stunned!!! I'm adding you to the showcase section of the message board. thanks for commenting on my page...I'm humbled by your comments. Thanks for letting me listen, Brent Freeman Blair
