From the foothills of Auburn, California comes the rock infused riffs of Killer Crime Spree. Influenced by music artists across the board, Killer Crime Spree takes its cues from bands such as; Head Automatica, Queen’s of the Stone Age, The Muse and many other music groups from throughout the decades.
Killer Crime Spree consists of four musicians with different backgrounds, but similar ideals. On lead vocals and guitar sits Zach Saunders. Rhythm guitar and backing vocals are helmed by Chuck Briggs, while his brother, Joel, backs him up on the drums. Last, but not least is the bassist and newest addition to the Crime Spree family, Andre.
Together, their collection of musical talent and hard work is combined to produce what they hope will be a succession of live shows and song releases that will inspire people to join them along the way.
Throughout the upcoming year, it is Killer Crime Spree’s objective to play as many shows as possible and thus, effectively share their unique style of rock music with as many people who are willing to show up, shut up and listen. Killer Crime Spree has put forth a combined effort to release their upcoming, self titled EP, due out in early March of 2008.
