Style U is the way something is said or done, as distinguished from it's substance. It is the combination of literature and artistic expression, execution, and performance that characterizes a particular time frame. It is power feeling and emotion expressed in a unique fashion while capturing and preserving hip hop's true essence..... .
Styles Unlimited was developed in the mid 1990's inside the garages of a local Sunoco gas station. Inspired from freestyle mc's with different techniques, Style U's originality made instant popularity with young hip hop heads in Delaware. These well adjusted mc's are known for their versatility, from performing at local punk and metal shows, to apprearing on other artists solo projects and mixtapes. With gangster rap set aside, Style U is most recognized for thier will to stay positive with the mic, a trait that few carry. Comprised of just two existing members, Philip Campbell and Jason Hall, the group is proving to be something special to the hip hop community. Teaming up with ranges of producers, Style U has hit the studios to work on their debut album "Mad Bachelors", set to hit stores along the east coast in the in the summer of 2005
