Ever have someone tell you to drop dead, then call and ask for favors? Lame.

A few years ago, 2 songwriters from Southern Oklahoma began combining their efforts to write hard and heavy music as they saw fit. Given the disaster area for music they lived in, it was wiser to record at home and put efforts towards writing, than playing in cover bands. Now, adding help from a few friends, the band calls themselves The Circle of Woe and brings a new flavor to the scene. Combining Metal, old and Nu, hard rock, goth, and grunge stylings, the band shows that Riffs are what music is all about. With the influences of bands like Sabbath and Pantera, Woe comes to rock.
The band features Thomas on guitars/vocals, Paul Phillips on guitar, Shannon Sconce on bass, and Greg Upchurch on drums.
