Alex Mos  (Electronica)
Underground Electronic Artist From Argentina

San Nicolas (for Alexis) (Electronic Ambient)

Artist Comments

José Alejandro Moschetti was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was years later that Alex Mos was created. While working ummer, Alex befriended a co-workers, Javier Cardona who was a local DJ. They would go on and on about underground parties in ware-houses that would go until the early morning. They spoke of the power that the music would release into the crowd and that the only way to understand it was to experience it. Alex first started mixing soon after attending the early San Luis underground parties in 1993. Witnessing the power that electronic music conveyed, he was inspired to showcase his talents as a DJ and began playing at places like La U, Baradero, Osiris, La Martina, Bizarro and Tabu to name a few. Night after night he would seamlessly blend the tracks together and send his listeners on a journey through sound. Alex is now recognized for his unique ability to seamlessly blend one track into the next while never losing sight of the overall effect he has on his audience. Alex is always searching for the latest cutting edge tracks that push the envelope. He consistently perfects his technical skills by using each song as a tool to create something better than the sum of the individual parts. Alex´s attention to detail has truly taken his style to the next level. Each time he played he was given compliment after compliment by club goers who were blown away by his unique sound of electronic music.
He has played up and down at various clubs, parties, concerts and radio stations. In 1999 Alex produced and engineered his first tracks for Net Communication Group, including “I am the cosmos”. The end of 1999 marked the release of his “Music for the other people” CD, which followed his 1998 CD, “Cosmos”, collectively establishing many of the biggest hits within the San luis electronic scene. Last year also saw the release of “From the land of the wounded hearts”, and this year the release of “Underground” which has achieved the largest number and widest distribution of all his promotional CD releases to date. He then started remixing for several artists around the world and quickly gained international recognition by remixing such well respected and talented artists as Isaac Angel and Gulseren. He is currently working in the studio with several other artists and will be releasing a new albun remix in the fall of 2006.
