Cincinnati-based Guardrail Angel blends twangy guitars and drenching harmonies with infectious melodies and narrative lyrics to create a unique blend of country-tinged rock. Guitarist Robert Paquette is formerly of Montclaire, a hard-working band that has played all over the region. The rhythm section of Dallas Mount and Shelly Welker have been in several Dayton-area bands, while keyboardist Jeff Brock has been gigging around Cincinnati for more than a decade. Newcomers Emily Baker and Dan Klepal add vocals, guitar and steel guitar to the six-piece.
