Face-Off, originally from the Southside of Chicago, began flowing at the age of 15. After joining the Military, Face-Off realized that rapping was his Destiny. Between fighting for his Counrty, and travelling Overseas, was when he decided to start rapping again. Seeing the World was a huge influence for Face-Off. Almost loosing his life on the Ship was when he put things into perspective.
Face-Off gives all credit to the strong Women that raised him into the Man that he is today, his beloved Granny. She is not here today, but she lives on through him, and knowing that is what keeps Face-Off pushing to get to the top. With so much to say, Face-off is in the studio 24/7, with his Wifey by his side.
Face-Off got together with the 2nd member of NJP, Infimus, and since the two met, they have been inseperable. Face-Off and Infimus were brought together for a reason, and vow to make it to the top, regardless.

Infimus, from Clarksville, TN, started off writing Poetry, in the 9th grade. 10th Grade was when he met up with Sparticus, and formed " Compass Connection ", consisting of 10 members. Infimus would be sitting at the lunch table with his group, writing his Poetry, while everyone around him would be battle rapping. That is until one day, he was called out to battle.
Infimus lost his group in the 12th grade, everyone else had graduated, leaving him behind, causing him to stop rapping. By the age of 20, Infimus had been in the Military, and was Stationed in Jacksonville, FL, where he met a guy by the name of Blaze. The two strated to collaborate, bringing Infimus back to his flows. Met up with Face-Off at a barbecue, and has been NJP ever since.
Infimus gives credit to keep making his music, to his Daugher and Wife, family is what drives him to succeed.
Blaze, just for the record, is no longer, NJP! |
