Vacant Fear Centre Vacant fear Centre are a new band from coventry England. They were formed in late 2003. They are all students at Tile Hill Centre doing a National Diploma in music practice. They have done a number of gigs localy and are currently working on an E.P & album which should be out shortly. The band has since gone through a change in line up and new material has been written. They are now a very competent band on the scene
