Artist Comments I wanted to take the original jam "Jam in Overdrive" to a much higher level. As cool as it was, it was too long for one. I started from scratch and changed the background setting completely although the chord structure did not change, the feel did. I updated everything including the name, now "Overdrive", except the solos which have been untouched, to a more modern feel. I split it into more than one piece. Someone also complained that it didn't have a head, so now it does. In this first part the soloists are in order: iOD!NE on guitar, Neil Numminen on fretless bass and Dennis Wieand on the Hammond organ. The musicians doing the background are: drums-Bob Baker, bass-John Bates, rhythm guitar-Chris Patterson, tenor sax-Pete Mazur. I'm on electric piano and Hammond B3 organ. Please, enjoy!

I just wanted to create a page for a jam, bring back the sounds of real instruments played by real musicians rather than the midi crap and samples you hear on these sites. I also wanted to unite and extend my hand to other musicians around the world with a common cause-create and have fun with music. These tunes were created by me and some great unsigned musicians from all over the globe via internet. They are free to download!
Jam in Overdrive, the first jam is currently going through a transformation and is now called simply Overdrive. Rather than having one big file 20 minutes in length, I decided to break it up in several parts which features 3 soloists at a time. I also erased the old info as I wanted a fresh start!
Comments Welcome!
Au Jus the jam has been updated as of 02-25-09. It has changed dramatically from the first version and is now called Au Jus Nouveau.
Some of you may already know that I started this jam (Au Jus) back in Feb.2007. I'm finally done with it. As for a jam, it really took a long time to find the right musicians that would help create the professional sound. Who would have thought? Certainly not me!
So onwards to the next jam irregardless of how many years it may take! LOL
