Couple of questions on this.....forgive me - I'm new.

...which chart?  The official chart shows someone else at number 1 on my computer ....or is Youth the message board name of the top spot band on the chart?

Also, how are the official charts worked out?  Downloads?  Views? Ratings? or all of the above.
