Ive got a mac.  Ive downloaded the latest version of media player but also downloaded a number of plugins from places like macupdate.com/dowload.com and they seem to alow the files to play although it takes a while for them to load up.  Ive had problems uploading the tracks on the website but if u let the box pop up and then judge how long u think it will take to up load then it normally works.  Hope that helps.\

If you are on a 56K connection like I am, it will take longer.

I seem to remember some time back that Stew posted a link to my site, purely for 56k dial up users, is there a default for all artist pages on dial?

Is this feature still available?

Us broadband users take it for granted that songs play sraight away without any jumping.

Also, on the video streaming, I am on 2mb broadband/AOL and videos stream straight away, however, a friends pc, on 512kb broadband its the same as like dial up, you have to wait for it to cache in the background before playing, which doesnt take that long really. One day we will all be equal.

I never got the windows media player to work right with my mac either.
Actually, when I downloaded it (even though I got rid of it), everything
changed and the only way to listen to files is to

1). Go to WINDOW
2). Click on ACTIVITY
3) When the Activity window appears, wait for the mp3 to load up (it won't
load up but you will see it). Click on it and you should have a new window
with QUICKTIME playing the song file for you.

I do have os X, though.
