***I decided to go back and clear this post because the people on that forum aren't worth the words.

I don't even know what they're saying about me now, I stopped looking at it after my last post.  They're just ridiculous.

yeah i know how you both feel, trying to find your market is so hard....

My music is sooooo randomly created.........its almost like an aquired taste. Tell you what....(rant forum)

I make my music not be heard in a club, a pub, bar or a gig or whateva, i make tunes that you can actually feel what im makin. "Glitched Life" was made directly after my dad kicked me out. I made this there and then because i had "raw emotion", a constant flow of creativeness. When i rarely make a tune in a "raw emotional state" i make some (personally) cracking tunes. I believe other people should try it. Like straight after somthing bad happens or good. i find that im at my most creative state of mind there and then. Soooo Basically ive had a lot of shish kebab about my tunes, lots of digs and torment, because they dont mean anything to them. My music means more to me than anyone else does, not condecending anyone in anyway.

I make music to MY peronsal perferance, not to please anyone else.

That might be a way out, it might be uncoventional...but hey?!? it funking well works for me!

I dont wanna sound like im preaching, im just trying to give you a different view on your own music...

analyse your own music and become adjusted to constructive critisism

Try and forget fool with tools who have no idea about music, dont let them bring you down.

You are the music

I really hope this has helped you in some sort of way

Tacx

"Glitched Life" has a sort of Sarcsastic "yeah you kicked me out......whateva" try and see it...

"You are the music"

This is a very good quote.  I've said it before in one way or another and it's so true.  Especially when you pour your heart and soul into it and the lyrics.  Most of my music is like that, so when someone says "your music sucks" it's like they're punching me in the face.

Look at it this way, if the person makes a comment about the music whether it be good or bad, then your music has made an impact on them. And if they feel that they have abuse you for it then I would say that they are just jealous.

Keep doing what you do, as long as you are happy then thats all that matters.

Many a times I've posted messages on other boards, and many times I've had the abuse, so I've learned to join in with the sites first, get chatting about known topics for a few weeks, before introducing my music. It works a treat.

As for the abuse you're getting, put it down to the 'sheep effect'. It takes just one flame for the rest to followsuit. It's a human flaw and remember a lot of people are jealous.

At least on MP3Unsigned we are a more understanding bunch.

I feel a long, long Ffabbia post coming on here after reading all the above and reading the posts on the forum that mbarnes linked to.

I guess that I had better wait 'till I get home and get my internet connection working first though.
