The moment you all had been waiting for is here I put up a new track, not sure what genre it exactly is, a bit Ambient, Easy Listening, NewAge, jazzy but certainly chilled and with a touch of melancholy as well.
So I wonder what you think/feel/suggest - all comments are welcome and appreciated!
![]() Cheers
Bernadette
Btw: Please let me know, if something with the mixing is not right (I did everything with the headphones) and PLEEZE do tell me, if something's terribly out of tune.
I couldn't find the key - it's something between A und B (which fits the inbetween topic rather well on the one hand ) but I think that these in-between-keys do not really exist in the real music world. - Gee, I wished my knowledge of music theory was better. ![]() Edited by WaVeS - 24 October 2007 at 8:17am |

- Thank you, Deon! I do appreciate you dropping by and I'm looking forward to jumping into cool waters soon .
Many thanks also to Gete (that was quick - thankie
). The only thing I am worrying about now is that you said that it has a 70 vibe and that I had daringly decided to put the track in the MODERN composer genre. ![]() Good to see you, Rob! It's nice that you're still here every now and then and thank you for your kind words! Hope to see something cool and funky pretty soon from you again! And hello Gav!
Glad you like it! I'll be trying out how it sounds like to put some delayed reverb in those kicks. Thankie! They should come as a surprise, as a little wakener and they should do something to the belly and leave the mind in a quizzical mode.
Thanks again guys!

Thank you, Dark Genius, Dirk and Andy, for taking the time!
Andy, I do appreciate your suggestions. I am not all too happy about the hammond either and might change it when my ability to differentiate has returned again. And I'll be looking for some subtle perc some more. So far I just didn't find anything that would have really convinced me. Edited by WaVeS - 24 October 2007 at 9:49am |
