I like that colour scheme... the only thing that would chew my head off everytime I looked at the site would be the People & Musicians and Equipment wording on the buttons... doesn't fit on there nicely. Could change the last one to Music Gear... I don't know why these small things natter my brain

if its not a problem to you then its not a problem.

"You can download all my music for free"... wow, don't give it away!

Overall Raggy, a pro-looking job, not cluttered, good choice of colours and tones - just how a web-site should be. Money well spent.

i agree with the colour scheme too looks good man.

this whole project of yours is making me think now.....

might have a go at such a project myself too ....especially now ive found a studio and engineer i can work with.

not to worry too much, guys, I'm giving away the un-mastered versions :)...which are what's been downloadable from mp3unsigned all this while anyway :)

actually, you'll be surprised to know that many people would still be willing to pay for the CD (or the download mp3's of the mastered songs ,which will be at CDbaby along with the physical CDs)....even tho they can get free versions of the songs, many people are willing to buy, as long as they know it's going to support the musician...

anyway,for me, doing this album has always been a labour of love, i had already commited to losing sh*tloads of money on this project, so I am pleasantly surprised to see folks willing to buy....maybe they buy cos they like the music, but I get the impression people mainly buy to support the effort :)

I'm also selling copies everytime I go to a pub, and some pub owners I used to sing for have said I can put up posters there and they'll help me sell....a small but steady trickle which may develop into a stream, makes all the years and years and years of playing in pubs worth it :)

I hope you guys read my other thread "My Baby's Born" where I'm offering my CD at special prices to mp3unsigned members.....from US10/-(inclusive of postage!) to those who can afford that, going as low as US$5/- payable-when-able to anyone who's broke or a student, or just a simple trade (my album for yours)...

make me an offer!

I find that the second paragraph of text appears to be obstructed by the picture. It's a loverly picture of you, but the text seems to hide away behind the picture

Great layout and colour scheme, agree with Fudgie on the button. I think one thing that might be good is some video footage, maybe some gig pics etc. Otherwise, i think it's brill! A great job!

that overlapping text..what browser? would it be Internet Explorer you're using?....lemme see if I can fix it......different browsers interpret the cascading style sheets differently....

that button-text thingy...OK, I'll have it fixed...got to get the graphics guy to draw up new buttons.....

I'm trying to get the content done this week, which I'll do myself as far as possible....rather easy, once the pros have set up the web pages I just go in and edit text here and there :)

edit: got the pro friend to fix the overlapping text....he edited the cascading style sheet...woudl appreciate if you could check if it's OK,Tomos? Thanks.
