Just posted a new track from my Olympic themed album "swimming" Wrote it yesterday and finished it this morning, nice to be able to work again after a week of being deaf lol.
Track is a bit more experimental than normal for me and goes from melodic to quite hard in places but was fun making it so hope you enjoy :) |

Many thanks Fred, MD, Mick, Laragie, and RedDress for your comments. Did track in Ableton the way MD, haven't tried Reason yet was waiting till version 4 comes out in a bit before I had a go, the water plop was just a generic sample I fiddled with a bit, I mainly use samples now for tuned percussion in tracks, the main instruments I used in the track was Gforce Mtron vst synth (which is a great mellotron emulation) and a AAS Ultra Analog vst synth. I am looking forward to trying out Reason though as my mate has a Abbey Road refill which has a lot of great Beatles Piano, Mellotron and Chamberlain soundsets on it which I have heard and they sound absolutely amazing (think they are combinator patches)
