I started making music back in May 2006 when someone introduced me to E-jay. Before that I never had any previous experience in music making in any shape or form other than singing in the shower....much to the annoyance of everyone else in the house.

Anyway I made my first tune which was called Memories Of Love and came across MP3unsigned so decided to upload and join the site. I started to get great feedback on the track which encouraged me to make more and more. As my confidence grew I decided to incorporate my vocals into a couple of tracks....they didn't sound great but a few recognised the potential of my vocals......Redshirt Theory being one of them asked if I would do some vocals for his track Getting Massive which reached #1 here on the charts and since then I have done a number of collabs with artists from all over the world.

MP3unsigned is by far the best music site out there, it is more of a community than others where you can gain honest feedback from fellow artists. Everyone is made to feel welcome and it is a great place for improving your skills and there are always people on hand to help out should you have any questions you need answering.

I am now learning how to use Acid Pro 5 using a midi keyboard, which I am slowly getting to grips with.

I am also concentrating on my vocals, doing as many collaborations as I can and trying out as many different genres as I can.

 

Would I like to become famous???? WEll I think everyone secretly dreams of stardom.......but the way I see it is yes it would be nice to make some money but as for fame...well I like my privacy too much so not sure if I would like that aspect of it all.

Record Labels: I like being independent and being able to do my own thing, to me that is very important, I just recently turned down the chance to enter a competition because the prize was a £20,000 recording contract!!!! Big deal lol......plus when I researched the record label I discovered that they only manage one person, whom I happen to know was actually pinched by another record label, so they don't actaully manage anyone!!!! 

Anyway what I'm trying to say is anyone that gets offered contracts with labels....think very carefully about the implications and do your research!!!!

 

Well anyway now that I have finished rambling,

I am looking forward to the future with enthusiasm, I love making music and singing and have a great passion for it, and If I do ever manage to make any money out of it then that will be a bonus..
