If you are using Windows XP and IE, there is sometimes a problem appears with the use of cookies.
To get around it....
you need to open your browser, select tools, internet options, delete cookies, then delete all cookies.
Once you've done that, reboot.
then go on the site and you should be able to login np.

Hi Stew m8
there also seems to be a problem when you access an artist's page via a link to a track...Strangely - if they have a video on the site - there is suddenly no apparent link or even indication that a video exists for that artist. It might be my machine BUT I thought I'd bring it to your attention.

video currently will only show on the main artist page (either the named page or showband.asp)
I wanted to make sure it all behaved before making a call to it on showmp3.asp
thanks for spotting it tho
and stop hijacking this thread!

Hey Stew, the cookies problem always happens to me. Just to let you know, after deleting all your cookies, you don't need to reboot. At least I don't.
I just sign in again, and it works.

Stew - Please reset the account details for "Synthex" if you have their email - they are having a little trouble like I recently had with the cookies/cant log on thing.

Hi Stew
I'm having this problem. Will this be temporary or what? I have no problem automaticly logging into the main page. But the message board is a pain.
There are other web pages that use cookies too and its a pain deleting all the cookies everytime.

The problem is with XP, if someone goes to a page on the site which doesn't have the WWW in front.
There's nothing I can do about it.
Rather than deleting ALL cookies, it's worth trying deleting just the cookies with MP3Unsigned in the name
