This is a tricky one Carol Sue, as there are so many things that could be causing this problem.
The first thing that needs to be addressed is that your computer must be set up to play and view Flash applications - such as the Flash player on MP3Unsigned, and also flash presentations (such as streaming video, and animations on the internet).
If you don't have the Flash elements installed, then you won't be able to see or hear anything; and so it's likely that this is what is causing your problem.
Now in most cases a computer connected to the internet that does not have any Flash components installed will automatically attempt to download them as soon as it is presented with a web page that contains a flash element. You'll usually get a pop-up box asking if you want to install Flash from Macromedia, and the option to select 'OK' or 'Cancel'. The same thing happens if you view a web page that contains something requiring the generic Flash player.
The fact that this has not occured in your case leads me to assume that either you are using a firewall that is blocking access to the Macromedia Flash install, or you have some other type of security setting on your computer that is blocking access to it.
I think that you should be able to solve this by visiting the Flash home page and manually installing the components.
Go here
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod _Version=ShockwaveFlash
And follow the onscreen instructions. DO NOT install the Yahoo Toolbar!!!!!! Make sure that this option is unchecked.
I hope that this solves the problem. If it doesn't then it means that there is some other issue, possibly related to your operating system or internet connection that will need looking into.
