Wow, really?? I signed Happy up at several different places, and she's been completely or almost completely ignored everywhere except for here, Mixposure and Murdoch's. She's been at Songplanet for weeks and only 33 people have ever even looked at her page, and no one's commented or given any indication that she's an entity.
This place truly is special. I posted lots of places that Happy is featured artist. I'm so excited!

No way do I want to argue with the man who made Happy Featured artist, but deleting the URL? I'll take it out of my sig because without a link, you're right, it's not going anywhere.
I will say this: though I agree with everything you say about Murdoch and Fox, I'm a Happy Rhodes fan before I'm an activist, and more people have discovered her music in the last few months there than heard it in the last 10 years. People who never would have heard her otherwise now know who she is, including new admirerers such as Hector Zazou, Paul Livingston, the guitarist for The Trashcan Sinatras, Anelli Drecker from Bel Canto, Anne-Marie Almedal from Velvet Belly, Alannah Myles, Julianne Regan from All About Eve and more I can't think of at the moment.
I wouldn't for a second fault you for your feelings, but as a Happy fan, it excites me everytime someone new discovers her. That's kinda my bottom line. That's all I'll say on the matter. I think you're so wonderful I hate that we have any kind of a disagreement.
I just want to hug you!

Now I'm having second thoughts about the Master track. I've switched it from "Winter" to "Tragic." I might change it every day.
I know it would be better all around if Happy were actually here, but she's just not an Internet person, nor is she into self-promotion nowadays. She does do e-mail, and I e-mailed her about this (IN CAPS!) but it's 3 days before her wedding (on a warm beach in Florida!) so I don't suppose she's checking her e-mail much. I can't speak for her, but I know she appreciates any recognition and people listening to her music. I e-mailed her all the Comments last week and she thought they were very cool.
I'm such a geeky fan...I'm taking screen shots of the front page for posterity.
