Emergence
G'day Wendi. Very beautiful music; well written and tastefully orchestrated. Good work; well done.
LOVE your music ... excellent !
A wonderful flowing piece of music as I suspect all your efforts are. This is the kind of music I just feel my head slowly swaying side to side while closing my eyes thinking of anything beautiful and peaceful.
Do I need to add I've recomended you on my page. I can only dream of writing this well.
There is nothing more beautiful in this world than emergence for me. A butterfly from a chrysalis, a damaged person into a fulfilled and happy one. Your music inspires Wendi and it is an awesome gift.
I am 100% sure ivre commented on this - so im just going to say Im back again :) Thanks for this wendi
p.s. ...and the piano of course just melds everything together...again...beuatiful composition!
First time listener here Wendi but I'm totally moved by the orchestration of arangement. Simplistic sublteties with cellos and violins. I liked the entry point for the angelic choir. So exalting. The flutes were beautiful and the mid crescendo with the wind chimes was such a high point in this piece. Sure did it for me. r8
I have been listening to your music and found it both tranquil and beautiful and yet quite moving. it's almost as if your piano is trying to tell us a story. Simply awesome

Beuatiful track Wendi and deserving of it's #1 slot . Congrats on that achievement. I think we use the same software and I recognise some of the cool instruments used,a clasic piece worthy of top billing. Take care Andy :)
I like it a lot. Very moving beautiful thought provoking piece of music. Cheers Rogue of The Shed
Very moving piece; most impressive. Come and ck me out at http://www.mp3unsigned.com/deShawn.ASP Rated with comm's, The Kid
Excellent piece of music. Beautiful strings, and love that piano playing, and its rich ambient sound too! Brilliant! Mark
Very nice, ain't got a lot I can say after reading the comments below, but I am going to say that I enjoyed this piece of music very much, and deserves the chart postion and all other praise... Excellent!
Well - I did update the track but I am not sure its an better. the first part was done so long ago I am afraid I have lost the original parts. I did get the piano quieter - but I may have to tweak it a bit more before I re-upload.
Thank everyone for your wonderful comments and suggestions. I am hoping to be making some updates to the track soon! :)
Very lovely Wendi I enjoyed listening very much. You are such a gifted creator. :-) Carol Sue Kirkpatrick
ooops, One Word, Beautiful....Sorry
One work. Beautiful
Great Track! I could very well see this in a motion picture drama movie. The music really grabs your emotions.
Supertune Wendi. It's so simple yet so complex. I think I can only hear 3 chords in the entire track but it just never gets boring. I love the way you orchestrate. I think orchestrating on a computer like this is a real ART ! It sounds so organic (except for the choir) ! You must be able to sell this stuff for movies or videogames Wendi, this is top notch !
Going to have to agree with MSL on this, slight problems with balance. I think becsuase the piano is quite a sharp sound it overpowers the rest of this little beauty. Flute is quite lovely, it all quite lovely, when the main chimes and orchestra kick in then all is good , so the problem is mainly in the beggining. Gotta Rate this, Such a nice piece to contemplate. Well done. Steve
looks im gonna have a debate with Redshirt lol. I'm just going back for a listen, regarding the ending as you have mentioned, whether I like it or not. But since I'm typing as a listen to it, like what Redshirt says, if you don't want the startled feel then introduce it slightly different. Make the piano a bit lower lol. I don't mean to be negative at all. I'm listening to this with headphones and it's still hard to hear the background instruments. Even as the piano as the lead, it's also nice to hear the background as well (to enjoy all aspects of a track). However, when the harp/chimes come in, the background is okay and everything seems level. I think it's just that when the piano first comes in, it's just a bit too loud, or just the background may not be loud enough to support the piano. When I went to this page, I automatically just went to the comments and read them. All the sudden I just hear the piano and focusing in a bit more I could hardly hear the background intruments. Just something I wanted to point out. Ok it reached the end. The end is perfectly fine! There's nothing to worry about. Sorry if I may have mentioned the same thing again, but I just really think it could benefit by lowering the piano a bit, just a bit, or raise the volume of the background a bit. Anyways, this is just my opinion. I really think it's a beautiful track and I only write long comments if I truly like it a lot. Melodies are awe-inspiring Wendi! :D
Masterpiece. Everything is so clear. This is a real beautifull eerie piece. There is such feeling in this. Really enjoyed this one. gets my ratings. Class Act Wendi, Class.
very eerie tune. if the piano is supposed to be the lead instrument the level seems ok. sounds baroque. very meditative.
are you getting movie or background gigs? oh man that piano really rips through my heart. it startles you at first cuz its louder then the other elements....but its mixed well. i see msl thinks its too loud, i dont agree. maybe you should introduce slightly different if you dont want the startled feel. otherwise all the levels are great. repeat i do not feel the piano is too high..wow wendi i might have one nomination left, if i do its yours...heres a rating while im at it
an emotional piece.great work
just lovely
Love this piece! It has a sadness in it, very dramatic and conjuring. Have to agree that the piano is slightly loud, hard to hear the wonderful orchestra behind it. That's just a personal opinion though, the composition is definitely great! I feel quite relaxed now!
Thanks for your comments and good suggestions :)
Here is something that I can definitely appreciate since I'm dwelling a bit in the orchestral like stuff. Loving the choir, the piano, the strings, the oboe, the flutes, EVERYTHING!!! I do feel that the piano is a bit louder than everything else and I like to enjoy every sound in the track and I feel that the instruments are getting drowned out a bit by the piano, even though the piano melody is lovely. I also like the pads. The chimes and the harp to use as a transition is real nice and the dynamics are great. Such a beautiful piece of music. Mmm... got my rating and a nomination. :D
A sonic soundscape of mellow mellifluousness (if that's a real word)! A wonderful contrast to some of the more intense electronica on this site. Up there with your best work Wendi! Graham
sweeping track Wendi, painting with sound as ever. Excellent!
Wendi Nelson is a classical pianist and composer of songs for games, videos, films and documentaries, and easy listening.
My first album - 'Imagination Soundscapes' is almost finished. I also have some new specialty items up on my website )http://www.wendinelson.com) for those interesting in checking them out.
Wendi has asked me to review her track "suddenly" I must first admit this is a huge genre jump for me. I will not be able to give much constructive critisim as i admittingly know little about classical music. The begining of this track simply doesnt do much for me. It sounded a little cheesy to me with the little bell sound playing. And then out of nowhere this track takes a ma
Wendi Nelson A composer, Arranger, Orchestrator with the talent to score Film and TV with ease. I think rather than any one particular song, I am going to review Wendi as an Artist/Composer. Originality & Market Potential: Wendi is very Stylistic in her music. You can listen to any of her compositions and say, Thats Wendi Nelson. (I love her last Name by the way). With her st
The Journey Alone by Wendi Nelson Hello, all! Tedd-Z again! You know the drill by now! "The Journey Alone" by Wendi Nelson is one of them track that can't be picked apart, because it's not supposed to be! However, seen as this is up for review, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to! The first thing that strikes me is the piano that creaks along at Grandad's pace! It's not particularly challenging
A long time ago, in a kingdom far, far away lived a princess named Grace. An inquisitive and curious girl by nature she would often while away the long summer days walking through the magical forest near her father’s castle. She would daydream as she ventured, imagining far away places of wonder and intrigue. Grace would sit on a grassy hillock near the base of a waterfall and watch the day pass b
Beautiful - of course. It's a very confident piece in many ways, for all it's softly, softly production. But this beauty has a deadly lure...or perhaps more accurately, a deadly lull. Indeed 'Paradise is a very 'visual' piece of music indeed, and replies heavily upon it's own inner laws for success, these are to a certain extent, technical in nature, and down to the artists skill in production mov
This is a well done, classical piece that I believe would fit well into a film/TV segment. The recording is clean, crisp and uncluttered, which sometimes happens in this type of piece. I enjoyed that fact that the artist uploaded a 192 BPS version of the MP3, which certainly helps bring out the clarity of the performance. Tastefull use of VST plug-ins to create the mood and texture of the track
