I like two things in a man... ginger hair and modesty.

Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware electronic maestro Tedd-Z only has one of these qualities - at least he's a down to earth fella. You can't have everything.

Anyone who describes their own music as "nonsense" when it quite clearly isn't is a good bloke in my book.

"Crazy" is probably a more apt adjective  - at least as far as the Senseless Logic is concerned.

Now I was a little concerned about clicking the play button after reading the possible side effects that may afflict me.

Apparently, according to his bio, I could end up a smelly homosexual with lockjaw. I could do without lockjaw thank you very much.

But I decided to take the plunge anyway and I'm glad I did.

Senselss Logic, to my ears, is in parts as contemporary (almost futuristic) as you can get and yet there were elements of the song that struck me as quite old school. Hell, a section even reminded me of 2unlimited!

The intro certainly helps promote the notion of Senseless Logic. It's a cacophony of madness, weird sounds and noises that I daren't make a guess at, which create the idea of confusion.

Don't ask me why but I pictured myself at a mobbed tube station. As I said, don't ask me why but to my mind it did sound like senseless logic.

Once the initial wierdness is over, the tune turns on a brilliantly infectious bassline, with nice beats accompanying it. It's a pretty trippy feel, then the outrageously distorted vocals kick in.

And sorry, but that proved a problem for me. I fully understand why the vocal is barely audible but I found that irritating more than anything else. I WANNA HEAR WHAT THAT GUY HAS TO SAY COS IT SOUNDS INTERESTING!!!

It's a little annoyance for me particularly as the vocal is repeated throughout the song.

However after the first round of vocals I was pleasantly surprised by the aformentioned "2unlimited" section that followed. To explain, it's a nice little synth run that sticks in your napper, and I swear I've heard it before but I bet I aint.

Sometimes the best riffs are the ones you're convicned you've heard before. That's cos they are so good.

What's particulalry great about Senseless Logic is the vast and I mean VAST array of wierd and wonderful noises on show. It's a real mish-mash of stuff, and done tastefully too. At no point does it grate. Testament to the songwriting and quality production if you ask me.

I am a big fan of the structure too - niceley varied to keep you interested throughout the four and a bit mins.

Another gripe however, is I can't ever see this kinda of track havinbg wide commercial appeal, simply because of the style.

But hey that doesn't mean it aint a damn fine, original as feck tune.

Please, PLEASE CHECK IT OUT
