First off congrats on making aotw J very much deserved
And congrats on making the official charts, pretty good week for you mate lets see if I can make it any better J
Before I even played this track I knew it was going to be something worth playing. I don’t think you can go wrong with mark Alexander’s vocals the guy can sing, play guitar and bass so that’s a good enough start. This song reminds me of the Beatles but in a more blues rock vain than pop. The structure of the song is really well put together not to cheesy and not to formulate. Plenty of passion in the vocals and the piano is very well played has that human touch “it Grooves” the synth sounds and melodies are very very tasty. I love all the synth sounds. When the guitar solo comes in the song takes a different edge it now sounds like prince was a big influence. reminds me of purple rain in parts. I been playing this track all night trying to find a weak or weaker part 2 it just 2 throw some constructive points in and 2 be fair the more I play it the harder it is 2 find any so that’s good in my book, its not a formula that has been used lots so it does take a few plays to understand the platform. In all honesty the only things in this song that I think can be improved are the beats I like the beats but they probably could be a bit tighter? Less random? Im not saying they don’t work because they do I just feel the beats are the least perfect part 2 the track this track is as good a collab as I have heard on mp3unsigned. 2 very talented musos well that was obvious it was gonna be good I nominated this track last week I think I will nominate it again I honestly think this track should have another week in the charts its well worth a place so if you are reading this and you are a vip you know what 2 do lol
