Earlier this week(Jan.10) N.O.M.A.D.S. group member Jaquin "JAQ" Jaddua had misdemeanor drug possession charges against him dropped by the court judge. The charges were dropped due to no burden of proof that the drugs found by the detectives belonged to JAQ or another unnamed man. The detectives arrested JAQ while across the street from his mother's residence, as he was engaged in a conversation with a neighborhood friend. The officers found the drugs stashed by a church and immediately placed handcuffs on the rapper although he maintained his innocence. Another suspect was apprehended but was subsequently let go, as the officers felt that JAQ's past drug related arrests record fit this particular charge. Presently JAQ has no drug convictions on record.
