FORMED: 1987, Glasgow, Scotland Professor Product was formed in 1987 in Cragend, Glasgow, by keyboardists Paul Marshall and keyboardists /vocalists Robert Marshall and keyboardists John Sim. At this time the group were experimenting with different vocalists. Charlie McGarvie joined the group and two songs were produced “Now that your gone” and “ Russian Roulette”. The group gigged in Glasgow with some success but the bands musical style had been changing for a harder sound giving the reason for bringing in a new vocalist, in 1990 John Brown joined the band and we changed our name to “Machina” this harder sound opened up a new gig base for the group.
