Soundworks are contacting a LOT of artists on here, via their band page. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it would be useful if things were a bit clearer about them

Yes, I agree with you Stew. Here is the email I received from Hans Mueller himself:

we heard your great songs on "MP3 Unsigned".

We think we have a good and free marketing possibility for you as unsigned artist.

about us:

We provide major clients as Fitness companies or Shopping malls with an Inhouse Radio software music program.

We play royalty free music only. The music is heard in german territorries as Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Two years ago we started with about 8.000 listeners, today we have already over 140.000.

If you think this could be an interesting marketing tool for you, please let us know.

Evenin all,

Have any of you ever had a run in with these guys Goodbeat & CMD North-South Productions.Their head of A&R has requested a demo.He is using a free yahoo email address which always makes me raise an eyebrow and one that is goodbeat.co.uk..2 emails.Im hoping we arent going to be adding these to the spam list.This time next year Rodney...

looks like they are contacting a few people , Tacx posted on another thread asking about them as well.

Their site is a bit 'sparse' .

Hopefully it's all legit

Interesting,,

Today I was asked to summit a demo from "Gregg Terrence" stating that he received a letter from XM and Sirius both asking for a demo of my music. Has anyone heard of them?
