	Thanks I had just posted something similar a minute ago but have since deleted it after spying your thread. I also got this email from the same person. Think it's shocking to prey upon people like that. It is quite exciting to get a mail like that. Thank god I looked into it a bit more before acting on it.

	I got my third Statue email today. I've therefore replied with the following message: This is the third email from Statue records that I have received to date, despite my previous (unacknowledged and apparently unheeded) emails to you, which clearly stated my current legal position, and explicit wish to be removed from your mailing list due to a) contractual obligations b) what I perceive to be harassment / spam I have therefore taken the step of notifying my solicitors (Foy and Company), and forwarded this email and other correspondence to them. If you wish to avoid costly legal action within the future, I once again urge you to remove my address from your mailing list, and not contact myself or 'The Delivery System' in regard to so-called 'recording contracts' on any future occasion. This is your last warning, all future correspondence shall be undertaken by my solicitors It's all nonsense, smoke and mirrors. But hopefully it will scare the twats into taking me off their list
