Sporadic Electronic Rhetoric... yeeeah...

First introduced to the idea of composing music through the medium of computers in the late-nineties with the purchase of an Atari STe at a car-boot sale, then 14-year-old me was fascinated with the myriad of bizarre and conventional music alike that was achievable with the aid of computer sequencers.
Graduating to “proper” computers some years later, I became acquainted with the likes of ReBirth, Reason, Cubase, Logic amongst others. My musical style mutated through Happy Hardcore (I was young ok!), House, Hip-Hop, Rock, Dub, Ambience and even Pop before crash-landing at my own blend of filthy yet melodious electronica. Delicious!
Discarding my headphones and friendly relationship with the next-door neighbours in one fell swoop, the purchase of a set of studio monitors, amp and keyboard marked the start of my home studio. Since then I have been teaching myself the subtle nuances of various electronic synthesis techniques, production and recording methods as well as honing my digit skills on the old ivories!
As I became more and more disillusioned with university (I was under the impression that I might actually learn something… BZZZT WRONG), I stopped caring and I’m now making my way as a contracting web-site designer/programmer sans-degree. That is until of course I get a multi-million dollar recording contract… … any minute now… ------------- No loops. No samples. No prisoners. 100% original (for better or worse!).
