Pavane pour une infante défunte (Ravel) (Classical)
Artist Comments One of Ravel's most popular pieces, 'Pavane for a Dead Princess' was originally written for piano in 1899. As he did with many of his piano pieces, he eventually produced an orchestral version (for small orchestra) in 1910. (File revised May 5/07).
