Have been playing guitar from the age of 14, played on a broomstick before then. I started recording soon after with whatever I had available. Never took a lesson, never learned Stairway to Heaven. Maybe I should have....

When I was growing up, I had my Mother playing Elvis and Mantovani in one ear, and my brothers playing King Crimson and Hendrix in the other. I take my ideas from anywhere I can. I play with a mostly blues feeling, play mostly in blues bands, but I am putting together a fusion funk thing right about now - Runs With Scissors - we'll see what we can get into... here's a track from this experiment. |
