Pé Skewer is a band formed by the musician Cleber Skewer in Sã Paulo Brazil in 1999 when recording the first tape "authority´s fallen down".Pé Skewer is a real PHILOSOPHICAL BAND and plays songs between ROCK and PHILOSOPHY.In 2004 recorded the EP "both singles collection" and only in 2007 is out the first album "éclectique dialectique".Pé Skewer is a band formed by two members only: CLEBER SKEWER-Vocals,bass,drums,keyboards; RENE VEIGA-guitars.
Pé Skewer loves some bands and was influenced by UFO,Judas Priest,Black Flag,King Crimson,etc.Anyway,the band`s taken some good philosophers like Platão,Hegel,Marx,Nietzsche,Sartre,Derrida,Jose Rodó and the american Hunter S.Thompson.Pé Skewer plus played some cover songs like: "Scary monsters"(David Bowie); "All along the watchtower"(Bob Dylan); "Farmer´s trust"(pat Metheny Group); "Nervous breakdown"(Black Flag); "Psycho killer"(Talking Heads).
