Artist Comments The first rough mix of a very basic idea my brother (and me) recorded one rainy afternoon...inspired by a Turkish artist...every instrument is played live (that is: bouzouki, vihuela, western guitar, classic guitar, flamenco guitar, berimbau, udu, cajón, tingsha bells, shaker, bongo's, cabasa and african drum)

Jay H is Jeroen Hennephof, a born and raised Dutchie (yes, passed on the left hand side...). I started making music as a drummer. Soon I switched to guitar, and now I've evolved into a collector (and player!) of exotic instruments from all over the world. That's why in my music you'll hear an occasional Mexican vihuela, a Caribbean steel drum, a Greek bouzouki, Brazilian berimbau or a Ghanese talking drum.
