Rich was a musician long before he began his career in public safety. He toyed around with musical instruments as a very young child. Then, at age 10 he started actively studying guitar and violin. He began playing the 'cello at age 12 and has picked up several instruments since then. He was classically trained at Ball State University by 'cello professor Dr. Fred Miller. With Dr. Miller, Rich discovered many influences to add to his continuing musical ventures. |
