With a sound unlike any others from Long Island, New York, Sourground's style and execution is unmatched.

Sourground is a true combination of thrash and melodic metal that transcends the current Long Island music scene. While focusing on aggressive riffs, brutal vocals, driving bass runs, and tenacious backbeats, Sourground ultimately strives for perfection. The band uses it's wide range of musical backgrounds and influences to get the most out of each and every song.
Vocalist, John, has a monster of a voice, and an endless storage of fucked up thoughts to convey in each song.
Bassist, Dave, provides the necessary bottom to compliment the music as well as creativity to riffs and strong structure.
Guitarist, Jimmy, gives Sourground the angry and aggressive sound that the Long Island scene is missing.
Drummer, James, adds his mark to each song with everything from the fastest blast beats to the softest accents.
