Track Comments
Straddling the line between ambient, melodic techno and furious 'psi-trance' this track was composed purely within Techno eJay 2. It should serve as a good demonstration of what so called 'kiddy programmes' such as this are capable of in the right hands. That's the idea anyway lol.

Priapism is an experimental project producing hard-edged techno, coldwave, darkwave and psi-trance.
I deliberately and unashamedly use samples for my creations, mostly from eJay and Databecker collections. This is an attempt to prove (hopefully) that powerful, credible tracks CAN be made using this method. All it requires is a little thought, imagination and effort. Priapism is NOT your run-of-the-mill 'stick loops together and make a track' type of affair.

Although I play a variety of real instruments, and have a large collection of pro music software in my collection; and create 'home produced' music under a different name, Priapism is designed to showcase the posibilities within sample based production, and should (with luck) gain credibility for this method of musical construction. |
