Based out of the Midwest metal melting pot of Tulsa, OK, Seven Wounds is looking to make its mark and forge their name in an already rich metal environment. Though relatively new to the scene as a whole, the members of Seven Wounds have been playing with various bands for quite some time. They are seasoned writers and performers that know exactly how to motivate a crowd. Fronted by energetic vocalist Chris Barnard, Seven Wounds is comprised of members Jerry Rivera on guitars, Stephen Piveral on bass and Paul Treece rounding out their sound on drums. Citing such versatile influences as Demon Hunter, Slipknot, Drowning Pool, and Godsmack, it’s no secret that their brand of heavy riff laden, melody drenched music already has the local scene buzzing in anticipation of their first release. Their mission is simple, living a poison free life is far from boring, in fact, they’re out to show people a new way to live by encompassing a genre typically filled with doom, angst, depression, and a proverbial dark cloud, and bring ethics, morals, and a servant’s attitude instead. Energy, power, intensity, and a positive influence can be summed up in just two words that you will never forget...Seven Wounds.
