Rhenard 'Liptonne' Miller was born in the Bahamas on April 19th, 1987. He was always considered to be a bright child. At the age of 12 however, Rhenard discovered that he had an unusual gift. He could make up songs extemporaneously. Upon discovery of this gift he would write songs all the time; he wrote until he volumes and volumes of material.

It wasn't until the age of 16 when he connected with his music partner Shannon 'Bassik' Darville that he realized the full potential his talent. With his partner making the beats he was now able to put his written material to music and make magic. Along with the formation of Bassline Records he is currently working on his debut album 'INFLOWENTIAL', which is set to be realeased in the Bahmas sometime in 2005. His motto for 2005 is, "This is the year of the takeover!"
