His father a trumpet player and his mother a singer. He loved music, it was in his blood. As the music changed through time, so did his musical taste. Hip Hop was born and soon he was rapping and DJ'ing. By the time he was in high school he had form "Divided Styles", a rap group formed with him and his friend Blake. "Divided Styles" was performing anywhere there was a mic. They did many House Parties and talents shows. One of the biggest was "Teen Scene" a City-wide Talent show. They didn't place but got the chance to perform on a local TV show called "Spotlight" After time, ADL left the group to join a singing group called the "Skool Boys". This group was interracial, with two white guys, two black guys, and one Hawaiian. The group did many shows and open for big names like: Jodeci, Lorenzo, the late Phylis Hyman, and was also the first local group to open up the "Hampton Roads Jazz Festival." They also performed on BET's "Teen Summit" talent showcase. ADL soon started making beatsd for local artist working at a local studio,"Phat Trakz." He soon formed another rap group called "BloodShot Eyes (BSE)." BSE opened for L.L. Cool J at the Norfolk Scope. Also through "Phat Trakz", ADL got the chance to Co-produce a mix tape by the "Boodah Brothers", from 103JAMZ WOWI fame. Now ADL is focusing on his production company, "Blazed In Da Booth Productions" with his partner NayPalm, and their current ventures with their group "Force Major." They are also working with an artist named Blizzard, who was working with the Wu-Tang Clan on the "Swarm" Album. ADL and Blazed In Da Booth are dropping bangin beats, ill mix tapes, and making mad noise in Badnewz (Newport News, Va). 2004 is his year look out for him.
