Heavy "Alternative Metal" from Tampa, FL. AW mixes heavy Godsmack styled guitars with melody and solos. The vocal style has been called a mix between Godsmack and Killswitch Engage. Any way you take it Anything Wrong is sure to leave you bangin' your head to the groove.
Anything Wrong first started in early 2003. The story began when drummer Anthony Colon had moved in with long time friend singer Sean Adams. Anthony was looking for members for a new band he planned to start and Sean volunteered to be the lead singer. The two began writing songs and we're on the lookout for other musicians who could give the band a good heavy sound while still keeping the melody. They were also looking for a great guitarist who could add the technical guitar playing they had always wanted. They soon found just what they were looking for in a guitarist named Ryan Loera who had recently moved from El Paso, Texas. The three began writing songs together and searching for a bassist to complete the lineup. After many months searching and still being unsuccessful in their quest they decided to record a three song sample cd and use a studio bassist. After the release of the album a bassist named Joe Ash heard it and came to audition with the band. After a couple of auditions he joined the group and the band was complete. AW practiced long and hard and soon began playing shows all over the state, but after a couple of months problems came up between the band. Shortly after recording a live cd at the home of Sean and Anthony, Joe was released from the band. However, the members of AW already had someone in mind, long time friend Alex Casiano. Alex joined the band in March of 2004 and again the work continued to get the new member up to speed. Finally after about a month of practice they started to play shows again. The band is once again back to business and playing shows wherever and whenever they can.
