I will apologise to everyone for not being as active as normal..i'm
really ill man, I aint felt this sh*t for a long time..but I cant
listen to music properly, I cant think straight, my head is hurtin and
my throat and chest are something else man. I have had to canx on
FYBA comin over today cause' I aint in the mood for editing vocals n
stuff. Youthy phoned me yesterday and I had to come away from the
phone cause' I was coughin like a madman at him..(sorry mate!).
Ive just lay in a hot bath 4 30mins and that was theraputic, but i feel
all tight again now.

Ah mate, sorry to hear this. Get your feet up, take loads of decongestant, lay off the fags and relax. Your be right as rain in no time. Honey and lemon helps too and sleep of course.

I feel ya....I'm way on the otherside of "The Big River" and I got it too. So what do you think...maybe we got an internet "virus"....that was stupid and not the least bit funny, just ignore that.....really, that sucked on my part....
