I've been awake with stomach cramps for the last 2 hours.
It's 5:43am here.
There's no way I'm going to work today and I had some urgent stuff to get on with.
Still, health comes first but it's just really inconvienient - I've been doubled up in pain and it's made me pretty angry.

I've just woken up and phoned in sick. Guess what? There's an 'emergency' at work. I hate work. Trying to make me feel guilty about not being there when I've been in genuine pain
I feel better now, I'm just shattered.

Sod work, know how you feel.  I shouldn't of been in work for a week recently but felt guilty about staying off so only had a day off.  Didnt do me any favours, you need to put yourself first mate.

There will always be an 'emergency' , the secret is recognising a real one
